We perform sub-press adaptation works of all kinds of vehicle sheet metal molds with our competent and experienced staff while abiding by quality, cost/time goals. Starting from the pulling operation of both exterior and interior panel molds, we perform sub-press adaptation in every operation and we iron out the geometric and surface defects on the sheet metal in accordance with the customer’s demands. With our special techniques and our experience, we shorten the duration of sub-press adaptation process by 15-20%, thus deliver the project within the shortest time possible. Our mold makers, who have decades of experience in their field, are properly trained for changing technological conditions, CAD/CAM/CAE software and the modern working environments where new generation CNC workbenches are used.
